Our facility is designed around one priority: maintaining the quality and integrity of our products from the moment fresh ingredients arrive until the finished product reaches your freezer.

Upon arrival, fresh ingredients are carefully inspected for quality and immediately transferred to our temperature-controlled cooler, maintained at a steady 2°C. From there, ingredients move through our temperature-controlled production room, where they are ground, mixed, formed, and flash frozen before being prepared for packaging.

Maintaining proper temperature throughout the process is an important part of how we protect the freshness and quality of our ingredients and finished products. We take pride in producing our food ourselves and maintaining control over the process from production through to the finished product.
